Refund policy

We understand that sometimes you need to return items.

Returns are accepted within SEVEN (7) calendar days of your order being ready for pick up or it showing delivered. ALL orders not picked up within 14 calendar days will receive a shipping charge. You have 24 hours to pay the shipping charge or your items will be forfeited & donated. You cannot pick up your order 2+ weeks after it has been marked ready for pick up and you want to exchange it. NO EXCEPTIONS. Returns must be in original, unused, & unworn condition. Returns/refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Items marked FINAL SALE or at a discounted rate are NOT returnable. Final sale items include: earrings, custom orders, & headwear.

ALL PREORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We encourage getting a tracking number for a return and we are not held accountable for any missing packages being returned to us.
TWD is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
